Melanie Löff-Bird

Melanie Löff-Bird is an experienced Senior Product Designer at Klarna since September 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive feature launches and managing career development for junior designers. Prior to Klarna, Melanie worked as a Product Designer at R/GA, creating app experiences for various high-profile clients, and has extensive freelance experience in user experience and interaction design with firms such as frog and Havas. Earlier roles include UX Design at Elephant and a Founding Designer position at Medicom Technologies Inc., contributing to the development of web and mobile products. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from North Carolina State University and has participated in an apprenticeship program at Huge School focused on product design principles.
