Miguel Mendez

Miguel Mendez has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development/engineering. Their most recent position is as an Engineering Manager at Klarna, a role they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at flexEngage from 2018 to 2022, where they served as a Technical Lead/Engineering Manager and later as a Senior Software Engineer.

Before joining flexEngage, Miguel worked as a Senior Software Developer at TEKsystems in 2018. In this role, they were involved in the migration of Disney Digital's content to a new CMS and was responsible for refactoring the delivery system to be deployed on AWS.

Following this, from 2009 to 2014, Miguel Mendez attended Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Fuerzas Armadas UNEFA in Caracas, Venezuela. Here, they earned a bachelor's degree in System Engineering (Ingenieria de Sistemas).

In addition to their formal education, Miguel Mendez also obtained certifications in specific areas. In June 2013, they completed a certification course in "MongoDB for developers" offered by 10Gen. Later, in March 2014, they obtained a certification in "Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems" from Coursera.
