Muhammad Shoaib is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and system administration, currently serving as Group Competence Lead at Klarna since December 2020, overseeing multiple competencies in consumer incentives and post-purchase features. Previously, Muhammad held leadership roles at TourRadar as Director of Engineering and Head of Web Development, where efforts focused on platform internationalization and modernization of development practices. Additional experience includes key positions at foodora, Gravity4, and Zurmo Inc, where responsibilities spanned from lead software engineer to director roles, enhancing technical capabilities and processes.
