Sibei Cai

Sibei Cai has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Starting in 2008 as a Summer Intern at Grant Thornton Australia, Sibei then joined Deloitte Australia as a Summer Analyst in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Sibei worked as an Analyst at Deloitte Australia, where responsibilities included external audit, regulatory and compliance audits, and managing a large client team. In 2014, Sibei joined Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Senior Financial Accountant, overseeing general ledger activities, month-end close processes, and preparation of year-end statutory accounts. Sibei then worked at Jupiter Asset Management Limited from 2017 to 2019, focusing on financial and regulatory reporting projects. Currently, Sibei is working at Klarna as an Accounting Manager responsible for accounting and reporting in the DACH, South & West Europe regions.

Sibei Cai completed their education with a Higher School Certificate from North Sydney Girls High School in 2006. In 2010, they graduated from UNSW with two degrees: a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology. Prior to that, Sibei enrolled in Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, specializing in Accounting.
