Sonja Feser

Sonja Feser currently serves as Managing Legal Counsel at Klarna since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sonja Feser was a Corporate & Data Privacy Associate at Dechert LLP from February 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included handling national and cross-border mid and large cap M&A transactions and venture capital financing rounds. Earlier experience includes a legal internship at Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP in 2017. Sonja Feser holds an LL.M. in American Law with a concentration in International Business Practice from Boston University School of Law (2022-2023), a Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen from Thüringer Oberlandesgericht (2015-2017), and an Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen from Universität Passau (2009-2015), along with an Auslandssemester in Rechtswissenschaften at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (2013).
