Head of Global Consumer Operations at Klarna

Suvi Kaskimäki's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Salesperson part-time at BESTSELLER. From 2012 to 2013, they also served as a Service Advisor at Danske Bank. In the same year, they held a position as the Chairman of the Board at Porin Kylterit - PorKy ry.

In 2013, Suvi worked as a B2B Sales Assistant at Turku Energia, and in 2014, they became a Daily Banker at Danske Bank.

In 2014, they also took on the role of Student Liaison Officer at Suomen Ekonomit, where they stayed until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Suvi worked as a Junior Advisor in Fraud Resolutions at Klarna. Following that, they held the position of Team Manager in Dispute Resolutions for NO/FI/DK.

In 2017, they became a Commercial Manager at Klarna and later transitioned into the role of Senior Service Delivery Manager for Consumer Operations in Europe.

As of January 2020, Suvi is the Head of Global Consumer Operations at Klarna.

Suvi Kaskimäki holds a Master's degree in Management and organization from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, with a major in Management and organization and a Master's thesis on organizational atmosphere. In 2015, Suvi was an Erasmus exchange student at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Additionally, in 2013, Suvi participated in a Nordplus exchange program at Umeå University. Prior to university, Suvi attended Luostarivuori High School in Turku from 2005 to 2008.
