Nils RIANCHO

Nils RIANCHO's work experience includes being the Managing Director at DECITEX from February 2000 onwards, where they were involved in all aspects of the company's development and managed a team to create a successful B to B experience with customers worldwide. In addition, they have held various roles as an Operating Angel and Business Angel at companies such as Yeasty, Akewatu, Klaro (ex Toutes mes aides), EverDye, and REV mobilities, starting in 2022. In 2014, they founded YEH Holding & Management, and from October 2018 to December 2019, they served as the Group Managing Director at 3E CONCEPT, where they focused on offering sustainable solutions and promoting conscious consumption.

Nils RIANCHO completed their education starting in 1997, where they attended ENSAIT: École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles. Nils pursued a degree in Technical textiles & automatism and completed their engineering degree in this field in the year 2000. Following this, in 1999, Nils spent a semester studying Technical textiles at The University of Manchester. In the year 2000, they enrolled at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France for a research degree in mechanic, specializing in Automatism and mechanic, which they completed in 2001. Nils furthered their education by attending EDHEC Business School from 2007 to 2008 to pursue an Executive MBA with a focus on Leadership & management.
