Alexander Lohr

Alexander Lohr's work experience includes positions at various companies. Alexander currently works as the Head of Sales at klarx, a Munich-based start-up that operates Germany's largest online platform for construction equipment and heavy machinery rental. In this role, they are responsible for digitalizing the rental process for rental stations and lessees.

Prior to joining klarx, Lohr worked at SIXT for several years in various sales leadership roles. Alexander served as the Director of Sales International Replacement, where they established and expanded the replacement sales business throughout Europe and the USA. Alexander'sresponsibilities included recruiting new employees, acquiring new customers on a global account level, and supporting local acquisition.

Lohr also held the position of Director of Sales International SME at SIXT, where they were involved in strategic development and coordination with headquarters and local country management. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Manager in the Sales International department, focusing on rolling out successful structures, processes, and tools to increase sales performance and improve synergy between sales teams.

Before their tenure at SIXT, Lohr worked at Commax Consulting GmbH, a management consultancy specializing in personnel and organizational development. Alexander served as a Consultant & Trainer, implementing the Commax approach to consulting by analyzing the organizational structure and values of companies and influencing the skills and behaviors of employees.

Lohr's early work experience includes a position as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Overall, Alexander Lohr has a strong background in sales leadership and expertise in the rental car industry.

Alexander Lohr completed their education with a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration at Fachhochschule für die Wirtschaft Paderborn from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) qualification.
