Mario Cuartas

Mario Cuartas, M.S. has a diverse range of work experiences. Mario is currently the Vice President of Research Operations at KLAS Research, where they took on the role of Interim VP of Research Operations before being promoted. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at KLAS Research.

In addition to their current role, Mario is also a Co-Founder of BCD Capital Ventures, a position they have held since 2022. Before that, they worked as a Real Estate Investor at Innovative REI starting from 2020.

Before entering the research and entrepreneurship fields, Mario gained experience in healthcare organizations such as Nomi Health, Banner Health, Mayo Clinic, Rush University Medical Center, and Vizient, Inc. Mario'sroles in these organizations included Growth Manager, Program Manager, Associate Director of Business Operations, Operations Manager, Administrative Fellow, Project Manager, and Performance Improvement & Patient Safety Intern.

Prior to their healthcare career, Mario worked as a Relationship Manager at KeyBank from 2012 to 2015.

Mario Cuartas, M.S. obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Systems Management from Rush University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Administrative Services at Weber State University from 2013 to 2015. Mario Cuartas also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they earned from 2012 to 2013. Mario received their high school diploma from Bigham High School in 2009. No specific field of study was provided for their high school diploma.
