Steve Klein

Steve Klein, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and business consulting, serving as a Partner at Klatzkin since 1969, where the firm specializes in accounting, auditing, tax, corporate finance, estate planning, and advisory services for clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Steve is the founder and CEO of Exit Strategy Solutions, LLC, established in 2010, providing business transition and exit planning services to owners of privately-held businesses. Earlier in their career, Steve held the position of Partner at M. S. Cassen & Company from 1964 to 1969. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
