Gabriela Cardoso worked as a Designer de experiência do usuário at Yorkie for a brief period, where Gabriela was responsible for the development of landing pages for web and mobile platforms. Prior to that, Gabriela gained experience as a Customer Service Agent at Directly, focusing on improving their communication and customer service skills. As a Freelancer, Gabriela worked as a graphic designer, creating various graphic design projects such as visual identities, editorial materials, social media content, and physical materials. During this time, Gabriela learned the importance of time management and clear communication. Currently, Gabriela works as a Product Designer at klavi since September 2022.
