Allison Randazzo

Allison Randazzo is a seasoned professional in HR technology and analytics with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior People Tech Lead Analyst at Klaviyo since October 2021, Allison previously held positions as the PeopleTech Lead at Glassdoor and the Manager of HR Technology & Payroll at Newsday Media Group, where significant contributions included leading the implementation of Workday systems. Earlier roles included serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Henry Schein, focusing on Workday implementations, and holding various positions at Cablevision that involved security maintenance and user training for HR systems. Allison began the career as an HR Coordinator at Teachers Federal Credit Union after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Dowling College.
