Alyson Sturgess

Alyson Sturgess is a seasoned professional in customer success enablement, currently serving as Sr. CS Enablement at Klaviyo since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alyson gained extensive experience at HiBob from May 2017 to June 2023, progressing from Customer Support Executive to Head of Customer Support and eventually Customer Success Enablement Lead. Alyson also held positions as a Primary School Teacher at Engage Education and as a Teacher at Badabin Eeyou School. Alyson earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from McGill University between 2011 and 2015.
