Ameya Mahajan

Ameya Mahajan is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in big data and data engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Klaviyo since December 2022, Ameya previously held several key roles, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer (Data) at Twilio, and Data Engineer positions at a stealth mode startup and Wikia. In earlier roles, Ameya contributed to big data projects at Hitachi America, Ltd. as an intern, as well as at Hitachi Data Systems, where involvement included data integration, cleansing, and ETL processes. Ameya's foundational experience began at Tata Consultancy Services as a Data Warehouse Engineer. Ameya holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
