Archana Rao

Archana Rao currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Klaviyo, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Archana was the Chief Information Officer at Unity from June 2022 to December 2024, overseeing IT and Security functions while driving transformation in a complex B2C/B2B business model. Archana's previous experience includes serving as the first Chief Information Officer at Atlassian from February 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included scaling operations during a period of significant growth, with revenue increasing from $800 million to nearly $3 billion. Additionally, Archana was an Accel Tech Council Member from January 2019 to January 2022 and held the position of Vice President of IT at Veritas Technologies LLC from October 2015 to January 2018, managing IT Applications and Data Services. Archana holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed a Board of Directors Development program at Harvard Business School in 2021.
