Chano Fernandez

Chano Fernandez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and consulting firms. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Eightfold since January 2024 and Non Executive Director at Klaviyo since July 2023, Chano has previously held significant positions at KKR as Senior Advisor and at Workday, where a tenure spanned from January 2014 to April 2023 in roles including Co-CEO and EVP Global Field Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP at SAP, overseeing a substantial portion of software sales in EMEA, and as Sales Manager at Infor, where Chano led significant account strategies. Chano co-founded Blue C, focusing on e-business strategy, and began a career at McKinsey & Company as an Associate. Chano holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor in Physics from Universidad de Salamanca.
