Erin Kelly currently serves as a Senior Content Designer at Klaviyo, where responsibilities include developing a unified product voice for CDP features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly content, and mentoring various product-focused roles. Prior to Klaviyo, Erin worked at Red Ventures as a Content Designer and Associate UX Writer, focusing on crafting clear, digestible content and enhancing user journeys across multiple brands. Experience also includes event coordination and administrative roles at Auburn University, where event planning and guest relations were key responsibilities. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Auburn University.
