Lauren Pruemer

Lauren Pruemer is an experienced professional in creative management and educational content development, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Learner Experience at Klaviyo since July 2021. Pruemer manages a team of creative professionals responsible for producing all creative assets for the Customer Education Team. Previously, as Manager of the Academy Team, Pruemer strategized content for the Klaviyo Academy site. With a diverse background that includes freelance work as a video editor and graphic designer since 2012, Pruemer also held roles at Braze as a Creative Team Lead, Content Strategist, and Content Producer, contributing significantly to the LAB learning platform. Early career experience includes producing instructional content at CareerBuilder.com and managing digital assets at WSIU Public Broadcasting. Pruemer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema & Radio-TV with a focus on Digital Media Arts and Animation from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
