Laurie Josephson

Laurie Josephson is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and analytics, currently serving as Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Klaviyo since November 2021, after holding the position of Senior Manager in the same field. Prior to Klaviyo, Laurie worked at Wayfair from July 2018 to November 2021 in various roles, including Ecommerce Analytics Technical Senior Manager, where the focus was on analyzing Wayfair's Talent Acquisition efforts to support global recruitment strategy during a period of rapid growth. Laurie has also gained experience as a Retail MBA Intern at Apple, where the project centered on resource planning initiatives, and as a Product Manager at CEB, developing and marketing syndicated research products. Earlier career experience includes working as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture in the Talent & Organizational Performance Practice. Laurie holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
