Zain Mithani

Zain Mithani is a seasoned professional in sales compensation strategy and financial management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of GTM Operations at Klaviyo since March 2023. Prior to this role, Zain spent over three years at Intercom as Sales Compensation Manager, and earlier held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Chemist Confessions Inc. from May 2018 to September 2019. Zain's extensive experience at The Advisory Board Company from 2011 to 2018 included roles such as Director of Sales Compensation and various analytical positions. Zain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, earned in 2009, and has completed the HBX CORe program.
