Lauriane Carayon

Lauriane Carayon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and marketing. Since September 2016, Lauriane has served as Chief Customer Officer and interim Chief Marketing Officer at Klaxoon, demonstrating leadership in customer engagement and strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Lauriane was with Canal+ from February 2007 to September 2016, where responsibilities included managing subscriber retention, product management, and purchasing for marketing and technical services. Lauriane holds a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School and has completed a semester at University College Dublin as part of the ERASMUS program. Academic foundations include preparatory classes for business schools and a Baccalauréat in mathematics.
