Amar Rizvi

Amar Rizvi currently serves as the Head of M&A and Equity Capital Markets at Klay since April 2025. Prior to this role, Amar was the Chief Strategy Officer at iMile Delivery from June 2023 to January 2025. Amar's extensive experience in investment banking includes serving as a Managing Director in Middle East Investment Banking and as a Director in EMEA FIG Investment Banking at Citi from September 2007 to June 2023. Earlier in the career, Amar held the position of Associate in EMEA FIG at Bank of America from August 2004 to August 2007 and was an Analyst at Salomon Brothers from July 2001 to June 2004. Amar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College between 1997 and 2001.
