Martin Mathew

Martin Mathew currently serves as Head of Business Development at both Founding Years Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and KLAY Preschool and Daycare since April 2023. Previously, Martin held the position of Account Director - Global Sales at Marriott International from May 2018 to April 2023, overseeing core corporate accounts and managing a portfolio that generated annual revenue of USD 27 million. Martin's earlier experience includes a decade with The Oberoi Group, where as Senior Sales Manager, a Director of Sales equivalent role, led a team to achieve market leadership in Bangalore and focused on sales strategy development. Martin holds an MBA in Marketing from Christ College and a BBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
