Eve Shih

Eve Shih is currently a Senior People Business Partner at KlearNow. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner at eGain Corporation from September 2018 to January 2022. While at eGain, they launched the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and partnered with leadership to resolve complex employee relations issues. Eve also conducted investigations and managed all aspects of the immigration process for employees. From October 2016 to September 2018, they were an HR Manager at CloudMinds Technology Inc. where they consolidated HR functions into an automated system, realigned compensation programs, and published and improved the employee handbook. Eve has been successful in establishing relationships with C-level and management to enable change and drive employee engagement.

Eve Shih has a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Resource Studies as well as International Environmental Pollution and Human Health from the University of California, Berkeley. Eve also has an Associate's Degree in Human Resource Management from Mt. San Antonio College. Lastly, they have a certification in Business: Human Resource Management Certificate – Level I, II, & III from Mt. San Antonio College.
