Ioannis Kotekis

Ioannis Kotekis is an accomplished Region Support Leader at KLEEMANN, providing customer support in the After Sales department for Spanish-speaking regions, as well as Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Central and South Africa, Iceland, and Portugal since June 2014. Kotekis has received the Customer Support Superhero award and has extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer, delivering phone support in Spanish, English, and Greek, while also offering on-site assistance and training. Prior to KLEEMANN, Kotekis served as an Automation Engineer and Website Administrator at Technoelectriki O.E. and completed military service managing computer systems. Kotekis holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering and a Postgraduate Certificate in Embedded System Design & IoT from Hellenic Open University.
