Joan Finch

Joan Finch is the Global Director of Human Resources at Kleen-Tex Industries. Joan has over ten years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Joan Finch began their career in Human Resources as a Temporary HR Advisor at Gala Coral Group in December of 2008. In March of 2009, they were made permanent as an Employee Relations Specialist. In January 2012, they became solely responsible for and headed up the Employee Relations function.

During their time at Gala Coral Group, Finch lead a number of key business projects from an ER perspective, such as acquisitions ranging from 1 to 30 shops, TUPE transferring 1400 employees back into the business, performance drive incentives, strategically reviewed and made recommendations on the company's approach to sickness absence, implementing bespoke toolkits to support managers with the application of company HR policies and procedures.

Finch was voted support employee of the year by the field teams for 2010.

Joan Finch holds a Masters of Law (LLM) in Employment Law from the University of Leicester. Joan also holds an Advance Certificate in Employment Law from JSB and a Certificate in Employee Relations and Law and Practise from CIPD.
