Michelle Jin

Michelle Jin serves as the Director of HR at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers since May 2009, focusing on portfolio development, incubation, and fund HR management and operations. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions as Country Manager at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. from January 2007 to April 2009, overseeing recruitment services and executive search. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director at Hays Executive for a brief period in 2006 and as Director at Harvey Nash Group from August 2000 to April 2006, both roles involving executive search. Michelle Jin holds an MA in Industrial Psychology from Jinan University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
