Rebecca Katzke

SVP, National Water Market Manager at Kleinfelder

Rebecca has held multiple high-level positions at large global organizations throughout her 20-year career in the AEC industry. Rebecca has served as a Vice President of Business Development and Water Sector Region Leader, as well as Senior Technical Director of a water resources practice in the Western United States. She continues to help drive strategic growth and implement corporate objectives across large geographic areas.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in biological systems engineering and a Master of Engineering in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. She is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Maryland, Kansas, and Illinois. She also retains certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Envision Sustainability Professional, PMI Organizational Transformation, Floodplain Manager – Texas, and is TxDOT Pre-certified.

As a leader within the AEC community, Katzke serves on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies – Central Texas Chapter. She is also an active member of: American Society of Civil Engineers – Sustainability National Committee – Corresponding Member; Association of State Floodplain Managers – Texas Association; and Water Environment Federation – Stormwater and Watershed Management National Committees and Policy, Government, and Regulation Subcommittee.
