Mark Boucher

Mark has significant experience in solving issues with existing equipment, integrating new solutions into existing designs and facilities, taking conceptual specifications through to high quality detailed design products, and troubleshooting issues arising from integrating equipment from multiple vendors or fabricators. Mark enjoys designing safe, robust, and innovative solutions to the engineering challenges found in a wide array of projects. Mark works with an interdisciplinary team of engineers and drafters to create safe, reliable, and innovative design solutions, issue comprehensive design products for construction, and provide support as required through successful installation and commissioning of the required equipment.

Some of Mark’s highlighted project experience with Kleinschmidt include debris handling system design and implementation; fish lift and handling facility for upstream shad passage; crescent tainter gate pier design; unit and plant control system commissioning assistance; spillway modification project; minimum flow feasibility study update; crest gate automation; new powerhouse design; electrical power and controls design.
