Dr. Jörn Arfs

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022 and has been an Education Consultant with The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Previously, JoNataye held the position of Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022, and contributed as a Professor at Walden University from March 2018 to July 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University, along with Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant positions at The Ohio State University. JoNataye began a career in social work with positions as a School Social Worker at Reynoldsburg City School District and Columbus City Schools, and interned at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. JoNataye holds a PhD in Social Work, an MSW, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies from The Ohio State University.
