Adam Smith

Adam Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adam is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Klepierre since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a General Counsel on a freelance basis from March 2021. From May 2018 to February 2021, they held the position of Chief Legal Officer / Secrétaire Général at OVHcloud. Before that, they served as the Group General Counsel at Safran from September 2014 to December 2016. From June 2010 to September 2014, they held the position of Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at DCNS. Adam also worked at Airbus Group as the General Counsel for Cassidian from January 2008 to May 2010, and as the VP Corporate Legal - EADS from June 1998 to December 2007. Before joining Airbus Group, they worked as a Corporate Finance Executive at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson from November 1996 to June 1998, and as a Solicitor specializing in Corporate Insolvency at Lovells from September 1988 to September 1994.

Adam Smith's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Adam started their education at UCL, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from 1984 to 1987.
