Alain Mary de Farcy

Alain MARY de FARCY currently serves as the Group Head of Engineering and Sustainable Building at KLEPIERRE, leading efforts to define and implement property engineering strategies aimed at developing an environmentally efficient portfolio of shopping centers. Prior to this role, Alain held the position of Head of Project Management at KLEPIERRE, overseeing operational management of approximately 80 projects annually with investments of 50-60 million euros. Alain's previous experience includes working at Bouygues Construction as a Chef de Service, managing TCE operations for office projects valued between 5 to 15 million euros, and at GTM BATIMENT - VINCI Construction France, where Alain served as Directeur de Travaux, leading multiple projects ranging from 5 to 20 million euros. Alain holds a master's degree in real estate from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie and completed preparatory studies at Janson de Sailly for engineering schools.
