Fernando Sobreira is the Founder of DevX and the Director of Blockchain Research and Development at Klever. Prior to their current roles, Fernando was a Professor and Coordinator at Universidade de Fortaleza. Fernando also has experience in research and development at DPM Engenharia and as a systems analyst at Instituto Atlântico. Fernando is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Old Dominion University, with previous degrees in Drivers and Control and Automation & Control.
