Wendy Gu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic design and biomedical communications. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Klick since November 2021, Wendy has previously held roles at Bridgeable, where engagement with multidisciplinary teams reimagined customer experiences in healthcare. Wendy's expertise includes designing artifacts such as journey maps and prototypes, conducting research to generate insights, and facilitating workshops for healthcare stakeholders. Leadership experience includes serving as Co-President of the Biomedical Communications Alumni Association, where Wendy organized events and initiatives for alumni engagement. Additionally, Wendy has a background in freelance biomedical communication and research roles, complemented by a Master's degree in Biomedical Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
