Evelina Fishman has held a variety of roles in the IT industry. Evelina began their career in 2012 as a Help Desk Specialist for Saft. In 2016, they joined Klik.Solutions as the Director of Service Delivery. In this role, they coordinated meetings and managed detailed project plans to support software/hardware. Additionally, they acted as a liaison between end users and IT staff, handled basic administration functions, and provided analysis and documentation of certain project aspects. Evelina also served as a Helpdesk Manager and System Analyst, responsible for leading and managing help desk and assigning tickets to US and UA teams.
