Lizbeth Haslup received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Towson University between 1982 and 1985. Lizbeth then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Reading Specialist from Loyola University Maryland between 1989 and 1991.
