Adiv M. has extensive work experience in various technological roles. In 2010, they began their career as an Electronics & Software Engineer at Rockwell Automation, where they contributed to the design and development of industrial control modules. In 2011, they co-founded Dragonfly Creative Marketing Studios, a digital agency where they served as the Director & CTO, overseeing technical direction and growth.

From 2017 to 2018, Adiv M. worked at The Formery as the Head of Engineering & Senior Frontend Developer, taking on mentoring responsibilities and assisting with the transition to employing more software engineers. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Continuon, a social intelligence platform, and later filled the dual role of Head of Engineering & Head of Product.

In 2018, Adiv M. joined Calabash.courses as a Technical co-founder & advisor, building an edutech platform for healthcare professionals and providing technical advice when needed. Their most recent position is as the Chief Technology Officer at Klim, a company dating back to 2020. Overall, Adiv M. possesses a strong background in technology, with experience in leadership, product development, technical advising, and platform building.

Adiv M. completed their high school education at Sandringham High School from 1999 to 2003, receiving their Matric certification. They later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at the University of Cape Town from 2004 to 2009.
