Mhba Markus Stebener

Markus Stebener, MHBA, currently serves as the medical director of trauma surgery at Klinikum Westfalen GmbH, where responsibilities include overseeing departments such as trauma and hand surgery, as well as pediatric traumatology under the leadership of Chief Physician Dr. Yussef Benali. Stebener has extensive experience in various surgical specialties, having worked as a senior physician in general, visceral, and trauma surgery, and contributing as an emergency physician for the Dortmund Rescue Service from 2010 to 2017. Prior roles include assistant physician at Knappschaftskrankenhaus Dortmund and team physician for the EHC Westfalenelche Dortmund hockey team. Stebener holds a medical degree from The University of Göttingen and a Master of Health Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
