Dan Nelmes has over nine years of experience in IT support and service management. Since December 2014, Dan has been part of KLM UK Engineering Limited, progressing through roles from IT Support Technician to Application Support Technician, and currently serving as IT Service Desk Team Lead. Prior to this, Dan gained experience as a Trainee IT Support Technician at Remote Support Guys for one year, from July 2013 to July 2014.
