Birthe Alsmöller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Birthe began their career in 2014 as a Praktikantin Qualitätsmanagement Unterricht at Goethe-Institut e.V. In 2015, they worked as a Testleiterin at IEA Data Processing and Research Center (DPC), where they contributed to educational evaluations and improvements. Afterwards, they completed a Praktikum im Online Marketing at Coffee Circle (Circle Products GmbH), gaining experience in online marketing and fair trade practices. Birthe then transitioned to a role as Human Resources Manager at Weissmaler GmbH in 2016, before progressing to a similar position at kloeckner.i GmbH in 2017. At kloeckner.i GmbH, they worked their way up to become a Team Lead in Human Resources, responsible for team building, recruitment, performance reviews, and collaboration with Klöckner Corporate HR. Birthe currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at kloeckner.i GmbH, overseeing various HR responsibilities such as data protection, training, and employee feedback.
