Elitsa Pavlova-Doncheva

Elitsa Pavlova-Doncheva started their work experience in 2013 as a Game/Ride attendant at Casco Inc. In 2022, they joined Klöckner & Co SE as a Praktikantin Group HR, specifically focusing on Development & IT. In 2023, they advanced their career by becoming a Junior HR Manager at kloeckner.i GmbH.

Elitsa Pavlova-Doncheva's education history begins with their attendance at Math High School from 2005 to 2010, where they focused on studying Maths and Physics. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at the University of Economics - Varna from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they enrolled at Lanes Germany to further their studies in German Studies for a year. Elitsa then went on to attend Ruhr University Bochum from 2016 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology.

Elitsa also obtained additional certifications during their education journey. In October 2017, they completed a course titled "Managing Your Time" offered by LinkedIn. Elitsa also achieved an UNIcert II English B2 certification from The German Association of Language Centres in August 2017.
