Jochen Degenhardt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2022, they worked at kloeckner.i GmbH as the Head of Resource Capacity Management, overseeing the planning and management of global IT capacity to maximize organizational impact.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Klöckner & Co SE, first as the Head of IT Project Management, then as the Teamlead Project Management and the PMO Manager.
