Mariela Ramos is currently the Head of Marketing at KLog.co. Mariela has over two years of experience in marketing, community management, and content creation.

Ramos began their career as a Public Affairs Intern at Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company. In this role, they were responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Mariela also provided support in the development of Inbound Marketing strategies and content creation.

After their internship, Ramos worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at P3 Cycles, a bicycle manufacturing company. In this role, they were responsible for the active communication with users from Chile and other countries in Latin America through social media. Mariela also assisted with the planning, writing, design, and publication of graphic and audiovisual content for social media and other areas. Additionally, Ramos coordinated the development of advertising campaigns and corporate events.

Most recently, Ramos worked as a Community & Content Manager at Rindegastos, a software company. In this role, they were responsible for impulsing and managing work with the Creative Agency, Media Management Agency, Local Talent Program with entrepreneurs, and Market Research Agency (first formal study), reallocating budget for such purposes.

Mariela Ramos has a Grado from Universidad Diego Portales in Publicidad, a Diplomado en Creación y Gestión de Marcas Exitosas from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Diplomado en Marketing Digital & eBusiness from Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile, and a Grado de Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Mariela also has advanced English skills from EF Executive Language Institute. In terms of certifications, they have received certification from HubSpot Academy in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Inbound Marketing. Finally, they have a Brother Ad School Santiago - Escuela de Creatividad in Curso de Creatividad Digital.

They work with Isabel Estaba - Head of People & Culture, Isaac Cañas - CEO Mexico Branch, and Fernando Varetto - Chief Operating Officer. Mariela Ramos reports to Janan Knust, CEO.
