Brandon Ng

Brandon Ng currently serves as the Associate Director of Operations Excellence Management at Klook, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Brandon held multiple roles at CARSOME from November 2021 to January 2024, including Head of Commercial and Head of Demand Operations Excellence, where responsibilities included driving commercial strategies and optimizing demand processes to enhance customer experience. Brandon's career at Grab spanned from October 2013 to November 2021, progressing from Driver Loyalty and Retention Executive to Acquisition Operations Manager, leading teams in acquisition strategies and process optimizations. Brandon's professional journey began with an Industrial Trainee position at Ranhill Worley Parsons in 2011. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia.
