Sagar Agarwal

Sagar Agarwal has been working in the technology industry since 2012. Sagar began their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division). After four years, they moved to Jade Global as a Senior Technical Analyst. In 2018, they joined Kloves Inc. as a Technical Consultant, and was later promoted to Lead Technical Consultant. In their current role, they are responsible for customizing and enhancing ServiceNow as per Business requirement, as well as interacting with clients to understand their needs and convert them to technical solutions.

Sagar Agarwal received their bachelor's of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vidya College Of Engineering between 2008 and 2012. Sagar has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Implementation Specialist from ServiceNow in December 2018, a ServiceNow System Administrator from ServiceNow \u2013 The Enterprise Cloud Company in February 2016, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division) in April 2015.
