Ryan Elmore

Ryan Elmore has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan started their career as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy from 1997 to 2005. Following their military service, Ryan worked as a Breast Care Specialist at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, where they managed client accounts and conducted field-based professional education courses. In 2008, they transitioned to Devicor Medical Products as a Regional Manager and later became a Global Marketing Manager, overseeing product promotion, strategic planning, and sales forecasting. Ryan then joined Intuitive Surgical as a Senior Clinical Sales Representative before joining Mammotome, a Division of Devicor Medical Products Inc., in 2014 as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they implemented sales strategies, engaged in coaching, and led sales planning conferences. Ryan continued to advance in their career at Mammotome, becoming the Director of Sales for North America in 2016, where they built revenue, developed sales strategies, and implemented management procedures. From 2017 to 2022, Ryan worked at Align Technology, first as the Senior Director of iTero - US and then as the General Manager, leading the Align Restorative GP strategy for the Americas region.
