Lauren Esquivel

Lauren Esquivel serves as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at KLRN since April 2008, overseeing fundraising initiatives and leading a team focused on membership, major giving, planned giving, grants, and corporate support. Previous roles at KLRN include Director of Institutional Advancement, where Lauren managed major giving and grants, and Institutional Advancement Associate, responsible for creating fundraising materials and coordinating donor stewardship. Additional experience includes working as a Writer for San Antonio Current, covering diverse topics, and early career roles at KLRN, such as Front Desk Receptionist and Costume Character performer. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of the Incarnate Word.
