Karthik Sekar

Karthik Sekar is the current Director of International at Klub. Karthik has over 6 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Klub, they worked as an Associate Vice President at Credit Suisse, where they were responsible for Independent Price Verification (IPV) and Open Position Reserve calculation for interest rate products. Karthik also played a key role in setting up a bank-wide Actionable Framework Implementation Threshold (AFIT) for price testing of yield curves and IR vol/skew exposures.

Previously, they worked as a Senior Associate Vice President at Copal Amba (a Moody's Analytics company), where they were responsible for managing a team of analysts who provided support to sales and trading desks of global investment banks. Karthik also worked as a senior trader at Blue Tree Trading, where they were responsible for trading interest rate derivatives.

Karthik has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

Karthik Sekar has a B.Tech in Production from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and Class12 in Computer Science from PSBB Sr Secondary School.

Karthik Sekar reports to Anurakt Jain, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ishita Verma - Co-Founder & COO, Deepak Bansal - Director, Tech, and Adwate Kumar - Head, New Initiatives.
