Sapan Karia

Sapan Karia has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Sapan started their career as a Business Development Intern at Angel Broking, where they focused on marketing and sales. Sapan then founded Digisign, a company they led as Founder. After that, they worked at PANTOMATH CAPITAL ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Management Trainee, Assistant Manager, and Manager. Sapan then joined Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory. In 2018, Sapan co-founded Dayspring Foods, a consumer brand in the Indian Superfoods segment. Currently, they are working at Klub, where they have held roles such as Deal Origination & Closure, Pod Lead, and is now serving as Head of Business Development - Commerce.

Sapan Karia's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Gujarat University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. From 2011 to 2016, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and obtained a degree in Company Secretary, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 2019, they pursued a certification as a CFA - Level 1 Candidate from the CFA Institute, focusing on Finance. In 2024, they plan to attend the Indian School of Business to study Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have a certification in the NISM - Merchant Banking Module from the National Institute of Securities Markets.
