Jörg Kibele

Jörg Kibele has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles. Jörg began their career at Klüber Lubrication South East Asia Pte. Ltd., where they served as the General Manager of Finance and Administration from July 2007 to September 2010. Jörg then moved to Klüber Lubrication (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., where they held the same position as CFO from August 2009 to December 2011. Jörg subsequently joined Klüber Lubrication München SE & Co. KG as the Head of Corporate Analysis and Support from September 2010 to September 2013. Jörg then took on the role of Finance Director Asia at Freudenberg Group from October 2013 to September 2015. Jörg returned to Klüber Lubrication in October 2015 as the General Manager of Finance, Administration & HR at Chem-Trend. Jörg currently holds the position of CFO for the European Production Network at Klüber Lubrication, where they have been working since January 2023. Throughout their career, Jörg has been involved in various responsibilities such as finance, accounting, controlling, HR, IT, customer service, logistics, and the integration of acquisitions. Jörg has also managed major investment projects, including the establishment of the European Centre for lubricant condition analysis.

Jörg Kibele completed their education from 1999 to 2004 at Aalen University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in International Business Administration. In 2002, they also briefly attended Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
